How To Naturally Cleanse Your Body

  •   Non-organic fruits and vegetables

Proper Diet

A good idea when attempting to cleanse the body naturally is to adhere to a strict diet for 2 to 3 days so that the majority of toxins can be properly eliminated, and the body can restore itself. One of the best ways to nourish your body is to simply drink only organic fruit shakes and eat organic vegetables along with water.

In a blender, mix together some fruits that appeal to you. Some ideas are grapes, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, kiwis, pears, pineapples, oranges, and apples. Just make sure that everything is organic and that you thoroughly wash them off with water before consumption.
