You’ve read my bucket list posts and seen how long my list is. This brings me to today’s blog post. Where I tell you all about how 2021 is the year where I will attempt to complete most of the items on my food bucket list.
As I sat down and wrote a long list of recipes that I wanted to recreate, I have decided that it would be fun to document my journey on my YouTube channel. Thus my new series “Chef Would Be Proud” was born!

I also found this amazing website named Taste Atlas https://www.tasteatlas.com/ that has the map of the world and you can look for popular dishes in certain countries. Like in Brazil for example, churrasco is one of their popular dishes. What do you think? I’m still finishing up and will have specific categories added to this post such as: “Indian dishes” or “famous desserts for each USA state”
See you soon with some delicious recipes!
